Forge Leadership

John Steinman

John Steinman brings over 20 years of experience in the building materials business and over 25 years in the packaging industry to Forge Lumber leadership. A graduate of Miami University and Chase Law School, John is active in the community and serves on a number of boards including Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Kentucky Historical Society.

Eric Steinman
Executive Vice President

Eric Steinman has more than 20 years in the packaging business and over 20 years in the building materials industry, and brings that experience to Forge Lumber. He is a graduate of Denison University. Eric serves on the Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati.

Mike Blazer
Vice President of Operations

Mike Blazer brings over 18 years of experience in the building materials industry to Forge Lumber Leadership. Having attended the University of Cincinnati, Mike started his career in the construction industry and subsequently specialized in custom millwork. His leadership qualities emerged as he assumed a production management position. He now oversees Operations for the entire Forge Lumber organization.

Mike Wilson
Vice President of Sales

Mike Wilson has been in the lumber and building materials industry for 18 years, with an additional 10 years of experience in the custom millwork industry. His background includes a variety of roles within operations, logistics, manufacturing, sales, and management. He has extensive experience working with production homebuilders. Mike graduated from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY with a degree in Business Administration.

Jan Steinman
Vice President of Process Improvement

Jan Steinman has extensive business experience as a former CFO and CEO of a large travel agency in Cincinnati. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She is the past Board Chair of Sanitation District #1 in Northern Kentucky.

Barry Lung
General Manager, Forge Engineered Systems

Barry has had a vast career spanning over 25 years in Component Manufacturing. He has spent 20 years in leadership positions in Engineered Products and Manufacturing Management including multiple plant operations.

Andrea Laws
Vice President of Human Resources

Andrea Laws brings 10 years of Human Resources experience to Forge Lumber’s leadership team. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University. Andrea is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Ellen Dorman

Ellen Dorman attended Northern Kentucky University where she earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Accounting and Finance. She served as the Vice President of NKU’s Finance and Accounting Student Association and was the Campus Ambassador for Becker Professional Education. While in school, Ellen gained valuable experience working at a Fortune 500 company as well as a CPA firm. She joined the Forge team upon graduating summa cum laude in 2013. Since then, Ellen has successfully become a Certified Public Accountant.

Todd Christman
Vice President of Construction Services

Todd brings 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
His operations experience in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects both supports and drives our Construction Division.
Todd graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Construction Management.
